Equation Tvalue = (C x A x B) + S x R

Status: Mathematical model and working scorecard. The worked example is an illustrative case, not a verified client outcome. This demo is version 2.0 only. It is a different equation from the ClearPath Formula v1 (CPV), and the two must not be conflated.

1. Purpose

To create a systematic, measurable, and repeatable approach to solving deep human problems (in business, product, service, or AI) by solving for one real person with precision. This model must be:

This is something you could hand to a CTO, a behavioral economist, or a product manager and not get laughed out of the room.

2. Foundational Beliefs

3. Framework Structure

The ClearPath System is composed of five tightly interlinked components, each contributing to transformation:

Together, these form the total transformation output:

Tvalue = (C × A × B) + S × R This is the ClearPath Value Equation (Tvalue). C, A, B, and S are bounded variables on a 0 to 1 scale. R is a spread factor and can exceed 1.

4. Definitions and Practical Detail

4.1 Clarity Score (C)

This measures how complete and accurate the FieldMap is. Variables used:

Formula (normalized): C = Mapped Inputs / Total Critical Inputs

Example: If you identified 7 out of 10 relevant inputs for a person’s world, C = 0.7. Higher C means better decisions and less waste.

4.2 Action Precision (A)

How well your proposed step (TrueStep) fits the person’s exact FieldMap. Measured by:

Formula: A = Efficient Output / Estimated Friction

Or using scoring systems:

This is where most solutions fail. They are built for ideal users, not real ones.

4.3 Breakthrough Events (B)

These are actual, measurable wins:

We treat B as a binary event (1 or 0) or as a weighted emotional and economic value (0 to 1 scale): B = Ve + Vp

Where Ve = Emotional value (confidence, clarity, motivation), and Vp = Practical value (money made, connections opened, time saved). Use surveys, receipts, or task logs to track this.

4.4 System Capture Value (S)

How much of what worked can be saved, reused, or taught?

This is where your BrightStack lives. It is literally the business model. If your BrightStack yields solutions that can be templated, automated, scaled, and productized, you have built S over 0.8 and now own leverage.

4.5 Ripple Amplification (R)

This is your organic distribution variable. It is the spread factor. Measured by:

Simplified as: R = f(E, S, T)

Where E = Emotional resonance, S = Shareability of solution, T = Trust built in the process. You can score it with tools like NPS (Net Promoter Score) or referral tracking.

5. Final Equation, Applied Example

Let’s plug in numbers. Let’s say:

Tvalue = (0.9 × 0.95 × 0.8) + 0.85 × 2.1 = 0.684 + 1.785 = 2.469 Arithmetic verified: 0.9 x 0.95 = 0.855; 0.855 x 0.8 = 0.684. 0.85 x 2.1 = 1.785. 0.684 + 1.785 = 2.469.

That one solved case generated 2.46 units of clear, transferrable, scalable value. In real terms:

9. Version 1 vs Version 2.0

Version 1 (CPV) and version 2.0 (Tvalue) are different equations. The same letters mean different things. Do not conflate them.

10. Tool 1: Tvalue Scorecard Calculator

Enter the five variables. Use direct values, or build a value from its parts. The calculator shows every intermediate value and the full formula written out.

C = 0.900
A = 0.950
B = 0.800
S = 0.850
R = 2.100
Tvalue =

11. Tool 2: Per-Client Dashboard

Add clients with their five variables. Rows rank by Tvalue, highest first. Best and weakest lever compare C, A, B, and S only; R is a spread factor on a different scale and is reported separately.

RankClientCABSRTvalue
No clients yet. Add one above, or load the worked example.
Client count: 0. Total Tvalue: 0.000. Average Tvalue: n/a.
Best and weakest lever: add at least one client.

12. Tool 3: Offer Designer

Enter a client profile from a first session. The tool finds the weakest of the four levers (C, A, B, S), recommends it as the first thing to improve, and gives a concrete next TrueStep tied to the implementation uses. It also shows what Tvalue becomes if that lever is raised to its good band: C to 0.9, A to 0.95, B to 0.9, S to 0.9.

13. Tool 4: What-If Comparator

Two scenarios side by side. Scenario 1 is the worked example. Scenario 2 is the same case with Action Precision dropped to Loose-fit 0.7. Edit any value to test your own what-ifs.

Scenario 1: Worked example

Scenario 2: Same case, A at Loose-fit 0.7
